之前因為一些因素讓我把生活的重心都放在運動減肥上,
現在固定一到五跑步,六日騎腳踏車,
用了一個月的時間瘦了14kg,
目前在三重體育場都會花一小時半~兩小時運動,
想揪朋友一起跑步,但朋友幾乎都不太愛運動,
有想一起跑步的跑友嗎?
