如題、如圖!
介紹一下我自己:
家中並沒有什麼心臟遺傳疾病,
同輩弟妹目前小學國中也沒有什麼心臟等問題而我目前大學剛畢業!
第一次發現自己有心律不整的可能,
只有十年前國中時,在學校健康檢查,
學校護士阿姨要我去大醫院看看,
但後來發現也只是心雜音作收,
當下醫生並沒有特別叮嚀,
家長跟我也覺得沒什麼!
而我的身體狀況,從小就保持的很好,
國小體能就特別突出,
選入田徑隊感恩球隊和體育班。
國高中體育成績,
不管是耐力、爆發力,都是名列前茅。
至大學,加入系隊球隊
同時從大二開始每個寒暑假作非常密集的重量訓練,我
大四後期至現在畢業開始工作,
更是全心投入健身,密集度差不多一週五次,
而重量訓練中所有表現,
也都比一起訓練的同仁優異,
身材表現也相當的突出,成功從180/50~180/78
甚至在長跑上也有不錯的表現!
飲食上,
大二開始不特別吃油炸,偶爾自己煮,
也不吃麥當勞垃圾食物,不喝手搖杯
幾乎都喝水、牛奶、果汁、豆漿,
只有偶爾跟朋友小聚才會喝店裡的飲料。
綜上所述,
在身體狀況上,
很明顯我比同期的一般人來的好很多,
雖然飲食上我也控制的還不錯,
所以當我知道我免役我也是嚇一大跳!
從以前到現在,
其實沒有特別有心臟的狀況,
但,真的有幾次心臟突然疼痛一下,
但真的只有一下,所以也沒有什麼太大的注意,
而且好像有些朋友也會這樣,我更以為這很正常!
最近,
隨我作重量訓練的重量跟份量持續增加、
休息時間縮短,
有時候真的覺得心臟有點負荷不過來,
這狀況越來越明顯,
特別是深蹲8rm,120kg,5組,每組休息30秒尤其明顯。
綜上所述,
真的想問,心律不整的嚴重性!
是否有人跟我一樣或類似?
該繼續為自己身材努力嗎?
還能繼續重量訓練嗎?
