心臟有問題要怎麼跑步比較好呢? - 減肥

問題如標題
因為我的心臟有一點小問題
以前看過醫生說其實沒有什麼太大的影響,還是可以正常運動,只是會容易喘
以前的經驗看來也的確是如此的
還是能夠正常的和同學打球、跑跳等等的(只是真的比較容易累&喘)
但是因為想減肥,所以最近起了慢跑的念頭
(前一陣子是騎x-bike當做運動,但是我覺得在家裡運動很悶)
但是我一直沒有辦法把慢跑的距離拉長(最長真的只有800M不中斷= =)
一方面是體重的問題我知道
但是每次身體都不感覺到累或是痠,呼吸卻喘得要命
想請問板上的慢跑強人們
該怎麼調結自己的呼吸才能夠跑久一點呢?
該怎麼避免掉心臟快要跳出來的感覺呢?
