請教一下各位先進
在板上常常看到如果要降低體肪時
運動需要維持30分鐘,心跳達130以上
搞不太清楚的是,這裡指的心跳130下/分
是要在運動的時間內都要保持這個心跳數嗎?
還是指運動至少要維持30分鐘以上
而這30分鐘內的心跳數,只要有一段時間超過130下/分就好了
