心跳很快 操下去會? - 健身

先奉上身高體重

以前都是騎健身車 但是因為都不會流汗 也不會喘 所以醫生叫我慢跑
(腳受傷的部分有在治療 骨科是說快走慢跑不持續過久都可)
這幾天開始慢跑 當然也會測量心跳數
時速2 心跳130 時速4 心跳已經到170 (我還是用走的耶ˊ_>ˋ)
時速6.5 開始慢慢跑(一點喘 還可以說話) 可是心跳這時候已經測到200
本來不想管心跳 用6.5繼續跑 可是看到200一直往上升 最後快到230的時候我嚇到
趕快調慢速 維持在190~200 跑了30分鐘後停...
我想知道如果心跳很高 一直操他真的不會怎樣嗎 >_<"
