我最近快走加一點點小跑30分鐘
跑步機上面顯示300多卡路里
總覺得回到家喝一罐牛奶再加幾片餅乾就把我剛剛的全部都吃回來了
我快走了30分鐘也才消耗300多大卡是不是太弱了阿阿阿??!!
跑步的時候我是穿著籃球鞋跑步
我怎麼覺得籃球鞋很容易脫但是困難穿上
每次回到家拔掉鞋子好快速
但隔天一穿上總得花個一兩分鐘鬆鞋帶才穿的進去
另外
上網查了一下女生穿的運動型內衣
有人推薦我SHOCK ABSORBER很好穿
不知道板上的女生都是穿哪一種運動型內衣呢?!
