快走導致膝蓋痠痛 - 健身

大家好
最近常去健身房快走減肥
約一星期2-3天
每次時間約是30min快走,後30min用健身器材
一開始會先用5.5-6熱身3-5min
接著都用6.7-6.8快走
倒數三分鐘時再調到6收操
但上星期開始膝蓋有點痠痠痛痛的
把速度漸緩下來就好一些
不知道是否是暖身不足的緣故
加上四五年前有跳舞的習慣
當時偶爾就有膝蓋痛的情形
想請問有什麼方法可改善嗎?
還是說去買個護膝來穿呢?

身高:156 體重:67-68 體脂:36-37 BMI:27-28
努力減肥中!!
