各位吃什麼能保持每天通暢
每次跑廁所時候 出來時 體重都會降1公斤
而且每天無法保持能上廁所
都是累積3~4天 肚子完全沒感覺
來時都是連續兩天跑廁所 出廁所時 肚子也覺得不是很舒服
沒解放時 小腹時常很凸很大 解放時候小腹變很平坦
真的很想保持每天都通暢 可是身體卻沒感覺....
