我重訓都是兩天一次
之前都還好好的
這天重量也沒增加
跟往常一樣
可是突然手肘關節內側好痛
感覺肌腱好像受傷了
左邊感覺比較痛
痛到我都不舉了
...手都舉不起來了
我該怎麼辦
哭哭
順便問一下肌肉練出來
都只有左邊有陰影(也就是左邊比較大)
腹肌啦~胸肌啦都一樣
左邊有 右邊沒有
很怪
BTW我胸肌是用槓鈴練的 應該兩邊施力會一樣阿!!!
