我認為怪獸系統影片不是販賣恐懼而是遙遠未來的希望,
我看過了每一部影片,其實何老師都沒說不照他做會很慘,
主要強調怪獸系統多有效率,對老人多有幫助。
不過我認為對老年生活有幫助,其實"大重量"並不適合每一個人,
舉例來說,各大學總會看到能一次跑20圈的老人,這些老人的健康,
一定是台灣老人中pr95以上,
不只長跑,更有長時間瑜珈訓練的老人,他們也較少有心血管疾病,
也更少老人摔傷的問題呢。
因此其實老人只要能有正當持續的運動習慣,即便是打太極拳(不是30秒太極),
其實都相當有幫助。
而重量訓練無論多有幫助,甚至多有效率,如果無法持之以恆,幫助根本是零,
甚至不可能碰觸到"大重量"。
所以其實怪獸的影片最後也只是吸引到同樣喜歡重量訓練的同溫層而已,
而喜愛何老師的重訓愛好者,自然就會想花錢上課聽看看。

我經歷過瘋自行車,當時很多人買了一堆配備,現在仍在騎的依然有,
後來瘋路跑,一堆人花錢去參加路跑,現在仍持續跑的也不少;
兩三年前一些youtuber帶動了重訓的盛行,
很快也會有些人離開重量訓練,追下一個流行。
運動其實每個人都會有偏好,持續運動就是為老年生活準備。
對我而言,重訓幫助很大,減少工作痠痛,增加活動度,提升心肺及體力,增加自信。
