就單純討論這一段就好,何立安老師在哪部影片或者文章
有說過要用100%的肌力來做訓練?
他說的都是要用65%以上,到85%的最大肌力來進行訓練
請問和你說的「用80%~90%的最大肌力去練」有何不同?
而愈偏向85%的最大肌力的強度,對於增加肌肉力量、骨密和爆發力
都有比較大的成效
這說法和NSCA的肌力與體能訓練、銳普托的肌力訓練聖經
以及調控力量…等書的說法雷同
究竟是理解能力有問題,還是惡意扭曲何立安老師的意思呢?
再問一次:何老師說的,和「用80%~90%的最大肌力去練」究竟有何不同?
