老實講,我不太了解所謂效率點的有氧訓練是要多啲
因為一般以馬拉松的訓練菜單來說
輕鬆跑跟L.S.D.要求的心率是最大心率的60~70%
間歇跑更要求到最大心率的90~100%
如果只是一般隨便跑跑的有氧可能效率真的差
但如果有認真執行課表的有氧訓練
我不認為強度會比有認真執行課表的肌力訓練低
: 就單純討論這一段就好,何立安老師在哪部影片或者文章
: 有說過要用100%的肌力來做訓練?
: 他說的都是要用65%以上,到85%的最大肌力來進行訓練
: 請問和你說的「用80%~90%的最大肌力去練」有何不同?
: 而愈偏向85%的最大肌力的強度,對於增加肌肉力量、骨密和爆發力
: 都有比較大的成效
: 這說法和NSCA的肌力與體能訓練、銳普托的肌力訓練聖經
: 以及調控力量…等書的說法雷同
: 究竟是理解能力有問題,還是惡意扭曲何立安老師的意思呢?
