我基本上有跑步加重量訓練的習慣
最近迷上 滾輪
我是用站姿的
覺得很有用
一下腹部就酸了
不過發現一個重大問題
我一次大概五下到七下
竟然發現
我做了三四組之後
我眼睛旁邊微血管爆了...
就是一堆紅色小點
然後踵踵的
...............................................................................
我有休息幾天
然後已經好的差不多了
剛剛又做了幾組....
又爆了
真是跟熊貓一樣
是感覺做這個因為要很用力
所以臉部有充血的現象
請問各位大大有這個問題嗎???
是我不適合嗎??
