三餐內容
早餐:1. shih's貝果(一個100g) + 200~250cc統一高纖無糖豆漿
2. 紅豆薏仁粥一杯大概早餐店中杯飲料大小囧?
3. 饅頭夾蛋 + 200~250cc統一高纖無糖豆漿
4. 中大型地瓜 + 200~250cc統一高纖無糖豆漿
午餐:1. 池上便當(木盒)招牌飯(2菜+1片約1/2手掌薄肉+蔥蛋+一塊1/2拳頭炸鹹魚+飯)
2. 素食紅燒麵/當歸麵/一般湯麵 + 一盤燙青菜(湯麵湯剩一半左右)
3. 海苔飯卷 + 一碗湯
4. 偶爾會吃牛肉麵
5. 自助餐(3菜1肉1飯)
6. 雞肉飯/乾麵 + 一盤燙青菜 + 一盤豆干海帶等
晚餐:1. 素食紅燒麵/當歸麵/一般湯麵 + 一盤燙青菜(湯麵湯剩一半左右)
2. 海苔飯卷 + 一碗湯
3. 自助餐(3菜1肉1飯 / 2菜1肉1飯)
4. 雞肉飯/乾麵 + 一盤燙青菜 + 一盤豆干海帶等
其他:大約一個月會吃一次大餐
一天大約會再吃一份水果(一顆奇異果、芭樂、蘋果、半根香蕉等)
平常不喝含糖飲料 不過還是偶爾會嘴饞喝一瓶200cc的麥香綠茶OTZ
水大約喝1800cc左右
日常作息時間:晚上12點左右睡 早上8點起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
健身房跑步機坡度1、前15分鐘以8.5跑
後31分鐘以9.0跑
後4分鐘以8.0跑
共慢跑50分鐘約7.3km,心跳數約152~162左右
跑完通常會以5.6或6.0速度再走5~10分鐘
一周給自己目標跑30km 如果7.3km 50 min 跑4天 就會用4.2~5km跑1天
或者6.6km 45 min 跑5天這樣
跑5休2 身體不適的話跑4休3
我的問題:
之前體重最重時有到72.6~73.6公斤 印象用家裡的tanita量體脂是37.5~40
當時還自欺欺人不敢相信OTZ 以為儀器有誤(現在想想覺得很好笑XD)
靠著前年暑假跑一周跑4天操場7圈~8圈(一圈400)
但沒有控制飲食(不忌口)瘦到到69.6公斤
結果開學就懶散的停止了運動習慣囧 但有控制飲食(吃到1500~1600左右)
體重卻也下降到66.8公斤左右
今年三月底又重拾減肥
維持運動習慣大概已經快3個月
都盡量跑5休2 有時身體不適跑4休3
一開始以 跑步 坡度1 速度8.5 2.8km 20 min + 快走 坡度1 速度6.8 20 min
再進步到 跑步 坡度1 速度8.5 4.2km 30 min + 快走 坡度1 速度6.8 20 min
再變成 跑步 坡度1 速度8.5 5.6km 40 min + 快走 坡度1 速度6.8 10~20 min
到現在 跑步 坡度1 7.3km 50 min + 走 坡度1 速度5.6~6.0 5~10 min
心跳都大約 152~162
體重從3月底一開始66.8 >> 到現在6月中 61.5
體脂肪也有下降 66.8時沒有去量體脂肪
用學校的儀器量 5月26日63.0 28.7%
6月16日61.5 28.1%
現在用家裡的tanita量測 27~29
因為體脂肪之前都沒有在記錄 不太清楚脂肪跟LBM下降的比例是如何
不知道到底是健康瘦還是亂瘦的囧
想請問一下各位神人我這樣的飲食量會太多或太少嗎
或者 運動量會太少嗎 感謝回答 m-_-m
