性別:女(男/女)
年齡:24
身高:159
體重:57.6
BMI:22.8(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:31.5(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:蛋餅+豆漿or紅茶豆漿
午餐:陽春麵+微糖綠 / 雞排飯+微糖綠..(基本上是這樣或更少)
晚餐:家中煮的 (白飯+不同的菜-高麗菜/豆腐/豆皮/大白菜..等)
湯類的話,大概是豆腐湯/餛飩湯/絲瓜湯..
基本上吃完晚餐會喝一杯300cc的鮮奶!
其他:半夜無消夜習慣,但餓到不行會去喝一杯牛奶or低脂豆漿(可免填)
日常作息時間:剛找到工作大概會朝9晚6(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:一般上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
平時有空會到學校操場快走1hr<-前提是有空!
睡前抬腳40下
跳鄭多燕15分鐘操
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我的下半身很胖= =
今天決定減肥所以特地跑去康是美量體重
沒想到已經到58kg了T___T
記得兩年前還曾經到49kg
真是足足胖了11kg (大哭)
每次遇到人都會說:妳瘦下來一定很正= =
so...
我決定面對肥胖的現實
為了穿漂亮衣服!
也許以後上班後沒時間去快走了
但還是會認真跳鄭多燕的!!!
希望9月低時~
能恢復50kg...>皿<
