午餐: 乾燥蔬菜湯包(包裝寫31大卡) 煮 半綑冬粉 湯
晚餐: 乾燥蔬菜湯包(包裝寫31大卡) 煮 半綑冬粉 湯
其他: 周六日回家就正常吃
早:漢堡或火腿蛋餅
午:湯麵
晚:家常菜
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上六點半起床 十一點多睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
運動習慣:
之前來貴板修正自己運動時間
先改成周日到周四慢跑半小時
目前改成 快走半小時(4分走400m 測過心跳>130/m) 再慢走半小時(4分走200m)

距離上次發問時間約過一個月 不僅體重沒降 體脂肪也沒降 冏>
不知那邊要再修正?請大家指教了~感謝
