(左邊穿黑外套的) 三圍34e/32/38 身材屬於壯碩豐滿型 = =
三餐內容
早餐:一片土司一個荷包蛋夾煎肉排 或 5個煎餃
午餐:炒飯(麵) or 餛飩麻將乾麵 or 魯味(科學麵 豆干 海帶 高麗菜各一 會淋油膏)
晚餐:半碗飯 + 家常菜(有菜吃菜有肉吃肉 飯吃完就不吃了)
其他:上班時間吃零食大概5天會有1-2天,手搖飲料或小包零食擇一。
吃的就大概以上那些,油炸類糯米類幾乎不碰 (我催眠自己油炸類會讓我胃肥大XD;不
吃糯米是因為我消化不太好),每天喝水1500cc。
日常作息時間:6:30起床 23:00~23:30就寢
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:星期一三五18:45-20:15上瑜珈課;星期二四騎腳踏車上下班
(單趟車程30~35min,約13km),生理期只會上瑜珈課,腳踏車就休息。
六日幾乎都宅在家對著電腦。
我的問題:
1)我的下班時間是17:30,回到家已經18:10,有時候家裡煮好已經18:30後了,
吃飽後去上瑜珈會不太舒服,本想上完瑜珈回來吃飯,但是老師說半小時之內不能洗澡
吃東西,20:45洗澡,21點10幾分吃晚餐我又覺得太晚(晚餐太晚吃我會睡不好),
所以到最後我只好在接近下班時間吃一個麵包充胃,但是我不喜歡吃麵包阿阿阿阿~~~~
2)因為我的目標是10公斤,其實是除了減重也想減體脂,不知道我哪邊還有不足的部分
還懇請各位版大指教@@"。
