想吃的時候該怎麼辦? - 健身

覺得有點悲傷。
自從去年八月建立起每週運動2-3次的習慣,也吸收了正確的飲食觀念,包含基礎代謝率
的重要,但減脂目標一直受挫。
不喝有糖飲料,幾乎只喝水,偶爾朋友提供茶或咖啡才會喝。
捨棄了以前必喝的手搖(雖然都是微糖),還有最愛的可樂。
零食和餅乾也幾乎不吃,家裡完全不擺,愛買的日本特殊限定商品也都送人。
本來就不愛吃巧克力,會吃的話,也是黑巧克力為主,偶爾(例如生理期)吃1-2片撫慰
心情。
我愛的麵包,尤其是又硬又乾、有嚼勁的歐式麵包,還有貝果,也戒了,除非是早餐求快
的三明治或火腿蛋吐司。
還有最愛吃的炸雞、火鍋、披薩也幾乎不碰,朋友提供的話,會吃一支炸雞腿,火鍋大概
1-2個月吃一次,披薩完全沒碰。
但是!(人生總會有個但是)
現在最沒控制力的就是紮實的蛋糕,偏偏蓬鬆的我不愛(紮實的熱量比蓬鬆的起碼高3倍
)。
很喜歡外表脆脆,內在紮實的口感,之前最愛的是磅蛋糕。
現在則是會很想吃雞蛋糕或可麗餅,是我生活的小確幸之一。
悲傷是因為已經努力的捨棄很多原本喜歡的東西,但就算這麼努力,還是因為一個點,而
讓所有努力付之一炬。
減脂真的好辛苦(眼神死),很想把糖戒掉,不想被糖控制、成癮,畢竟糖也會造成皮膚
老化。
我也試著用「等一下再吃」或「明天再吃」的想法,來影響自己現在想吃的念頭。
(看過一篇文章,對自己說「等一下再吃」和「明天再吃」,對大腦而言就會像是吃過了
一樣,會得到滿足)
但這些方式都還是不夠力,因為我還是三次有一次的機率就吃了。
當下班覺得疲倦辛苦,想犒賞自己時,就會發了瘋的想吃我期待好久的雞蛋糕或可麗餅。
覺得沮喪。大家有什麼好想法嗎?
