年後開始減肥,為了讓自己更佳有效率
購買了32堂的教練課程
因為工作關係,一個禮拜固定會上2堂教練課程
不得不說,上了教練課程。真的覺得有人再旁指導及規劃上,運動的強度及效率好很多。
每次下課或隔天上班,身體真的很有感
至今上了4堂課,想請問大家
若以一週2堂,每堂一小時的高強度重訓
對於減肥來說會太少嗎?
需要每天再找時間做個有氧嗎?還是其他天數都熱量控制即可呢?
第一堂課前量180公分/100公斤/體脂肪31
希望瘦到85公斤,體脂肪25以內
