想問一下 關於三頭肌的訓練 - 健身

想問一下 一個練三頭的動作
就是躺著手軸朝上 拿槓鈴或啞鈴 往額頭跑的動作
在做的時候 兩個手軸的寬度
是要比肩膀寬嗎?? 還是手軸要夾起來跟肩膀一樣寬??
還有我在做這個動作的時候
我右手靠近手軸關節的地方會卡卡的 有時候會痛 彎不下去
所以我都不敢拿太重的重量
可是如果做 窄握臥推 或是 滑輪下拉 練三頭的時候就不會
請問這樣是受傷了嗎??還是我的姿勢不對勒??
