Q1.作一些雙關節動作例如leg press的時候,應該把注意力放在哪呢
1. 盡力往上推
2. 把注意力完全放在四頭肌上,盡力用四頭肌的力量往上推,
臀大肌不管他讓他自動輔助即可
3. 相反地將注意力放在臀大肌上,膝蓋當作是個軸心自動推上去,四頭肌自動輔助
一般情況下以上三種哪種才是對得呢?
那如果想要鍛鍊臀大肌,是否要選3呢?四頭沒有出力的話這樣力量不就完全
施加在膝蓋關節上,會不會因此讓四頭肌肌腱或半月版或十字韌帶受傷
呢? 如果今天作150 lb 不做每邊膝蓋都承受75 lb,膝蓋軟骨到底可以承
受多大力量呢?
