大家好
目標:本人我20歲 185公分 104公斤
我打算瘦到85公斤
這是我的飲食表
早餐通常只吃一顆蘋果加水
午餐正常吃,但會控制不吃太飽,但都會吃蔬菜,飲料無糖綠
晚餐吃7-11的生菜莎拉(有時加一杯綠豆湯)
不吃點心、零食,只喝無糖綠或水,有時候受不了會叫一杯新鮮果汁,但不另外加糖!
至少兩天會跑步一次,每次大約5k
已經1個禮拜了,每天其實滿舒服的,並不會有特別餓或難受的感覺,所以想上來問問,我這樣的飲食是ok的嗎?
