我是肩膀算寬的女生,照片應該看得出來,量過約40公分,不滿意自己的"厚背",
但家族女性的體型背部都偏厚,所以覺得就算瘦身成功也瘦不到背部,
唉~好喜歡那種"骨感的背部"唷~
第二個是想練出馬甲線,
體重方面,自從2個月前瘦4公斤後就沒有再降過了
比較捆擾的是,我覺得脂肪真、的、好、難、減
跑步的成績也很不穩定,有時候可以連跑10圈(時速8KM)
有時候跑5圈就累了(時速9~12KM)
連跑兩天,第三天跑的時候腳有點痛就會休息一兩天(只做核心訓練不跑步)
每晚8點~10點運動,結束洗澡睡覺不進食(其實也沒胃口不想吃)
開學後運動時間會縮短至1小時
我想把手臂和腹部練結實,深蹲做完腹部的痠痛感很舒服,
但做太多又怕大腿粗?
手臂是做簡單版的伏地挺身(手放在椅子或床上),
想請問這個動作會也把背部練得更厚嗎?(不想再厚了)
飲食方面,脂肪攝取慢慢減少中,要在學校附近外食吃到什麼好油是件難事,
所以乾脆減少脂肪攝取,假日有時間就自己水煮糙米飯跟雞胸肉
照片中我的肚子脂肪真的超級厚的> <好苦惱喔.....
希望有朝一日可以達成目標!!
