我跑步頻率不算低
懶惰一點一週也維持一次3-5公里
但身型就是屬於骨架大+胖……一整個就大隻
最近想要密集一點跑,不知是否年過30(女)?
以前沒有過的運動傷害 現在出現了
為了10/26的半馬 我最近的練跑
9/7跑7km
9/8跑11.3km
9/9跑2km
9/9的2km我小腿的後側肌肉痛到爆
是很像抽筋的那種痛 連多走一步路對腿都是很大的負擔
從運動場走會家都緊握拳頭…真的是很想叫媽媽
想請問是否前一天超過10km以上,隔天就一定要休息?
有或者不用休息,而是運動做拉筋的時間要做很久,才會讓肌肉恢復?
因為30歲以前跑從來沒有發生過這種事,才會認為可能年齡也有關係,若認知錯誤,也請指正。
