想減肥~請教一些小問題 - 健身

如題~
小弟最近想減肥
23歲/175公分/86公斤
但對於方式上始終很難決定
因為小弟的左腳踝有舊傷(翻船)
如果一直跑步其實有點吃不消
如果改成游泳了話...我游不遠
通常游個50m就要停下!歇一下
我想可能跟游泳動作有關係吧!
健身房or游泳讓我很兩難
因為基本上我應該都是會砸錢下去
1.健身房:讓他幫我排菜單
2.游泳:學正確的游泳方式
想請教一下有沒有除了跑步&游泳以外的有氧運動!
讓我可以減脂+重訓
