抱歉引用這麼舊的文,但還是有些疑問爬不到文或沒爬到,特此借標題詢問

請問究竟運動後應該如何攝食對於減脂塑身比較好?
1.運動後是指何時?
如游泳、跑步完,呼吸平順後、身體仍發熱時
或體溫逐漸回復,約在游泳跑步等動作結束後20~30分鐘之後
何者為恰?
2.應該攝取何種食物為佳?
個人目前日常進行的運動為游泳(蛙捷約4:1、33分1200的慢速)
應該攝取脫脂牛奶、無糖豆漿、香蕉、水煮蛋(茶葉蛋)等何者為上?
可能原文已有解答,但礙於相關知識不足,無法確實判解,懇請回答
