請問一天該攝取的營養量大概要多少?
因為我不是專家 想說有沒有淺顯易懂的表達方式
目前我是每天
澱粉:1個饅頭+1碗飯(拳頭大小)
青菜:兩個拳頭大小
雞肉:七八塊
想問一下
最少該攝取的糖鹽油 大概是多少?
我是177 75公斤 去量過康視美 基礎代謝率跟正常人一樣
