性別:女
年齡:30
身高:161
體重:59
BMI:22.6(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:30.1 生理期後
三餐內容
早餐:巧克力土司+1000cc無糖豆漿(喝了一個月
午餐:便當一個
晚餐:媽媽煮的晚餐有肉有菜有湯(通常不吃白飯,只吃蕃薯粥)
其他:每天喝水1500cc-2000cc
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上6點40起床
八點工作在8點到8點半之間吃早餐
中午12點吃午餐
晚上6點半吃晚餐
11點半至12點間睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族 8點上班5點半下班
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
跳繩一周約5天,每次500-600下,持續一個月
我的問題:
我的體脂沒有變,維持30.1,
但各部位的數據如下
全身 體幹 兩腳 兩腕
皮下脂肪率 25.7 21.9 37.4 42.1
骨骼筋率 25.9 20.5 38.5 28.0
(肌肉率)
看起來各部位的脂肪與肌肉率都差不多,只有手臂差很多
該怎麼減手臂的脂肪呢?
有看本版的文章說有氧是減全身脂肪
跳繩一個月下來,我的兩腳部分,肌肉率有提高,脂肪率有下降
但手臂部分脂肪率沒有下降,肌肉率也沒上升
我的目標是希望體脂能在正常範圍值就好了,然後就開始重訓練曲線
該做什麼運動比較好呢?還是跳繩跳多一點?
之前有慢跑了幾次,但是慢跑腳會麻,所以才改跳繩
