想瘦下半身該跳舞還是游泳? - 美體

因為長期坐辦公室 覺得下半身越來越沉重
原本是想買住家附近 運動中心的游泳池月票
我本身不會游泳 但想要拿著浮板+腳踢踢水 固定每周去個3天這樣
不過前陣子剛好看到一些報導
是說在泳池容易有細菌傳染
有泳童的腳感染病毒疣 或者是眼睛進水導致眼膜發炎 及游泳的水質不乾淨等
因為本身抵抗力很差 看到這些後突然又覺得應該再考慮看看
目前是考慮去跳有氧舞蹈
團體班 每周上課2-4小時 加自己回家練習這樣
因為運動前後我都會固定拉筋 所以應該不會變粗吧...?
所以跳舞對下半身的塑身有用嗎?
還是說我仍應該考慮游泳呢~ 謝謝版友!!
