想瘦大腿、屁股該怎麼做? - 健身

目前身高175cm 體重77kg
是屬於下半身較胖,尤其大腿跟屁股一直無法瘦下來
去年5~10月 是先減脂,有氧運動配合飲食
體重從84降到75(體脂下降9.6%)
但大腿跟屁股還是沒明顯瘦下來
到了11月決定進入增肌,體重稍微下去後又往上到現在77kg
身體明顯壯很多,無奈屁股跟大腿還是差不多(會固定量大腿圍)
因為之前爬文給的觀念是,想要局部瘦身 還是要全身運動
可是經過減脂和增肌期,下半身還是差不多...
(可能肌肉有增加看不出來)
想請問如果真的想瘦屁股跟大腿,是否該持續減脂?
或是重訓時加強下半身訓練?(深蹲、抬舉腿之類)
