想練肌肉,但要先減肥ˊˋ - 健身

大家好,小弟我是20歲的夜校生,跟我女朋友在一起前我的身高170體重55,
後來在一起一年多,我因為要大考所以補習,所以沒有運動加上女朋友不斷餵我,
(大家都說我太瘦了,但那只是因為我練成了無時無刻都會縮小腹的習慣....)
這下好了,補習了半年,也就是08年5月,我體重已經飆升到67......
然後大概兩個月前,我的右手受傷,醫生判定是韌帶受傷,目前右手盡量不去使用,所以
我突然想要練左手,想把他練成跟慣用手一樣(受到吾郎的影響...我妹還說那都是騙人的)
想到應該還要練基本握力,所以最近要買一個握力器&握力球(球主要是給右手用,當復健)
然後又順便想到應該要減肥了,於是一直在體適能跟肌肉爬文,看到重訓+有氧最有效,
我打算每天慢跑,至於基代的話我用一個網站算出是1700左右,

熱量控制我概念還不夠,所以就盡量減少還有不吃宵夜為主,但因為我早上上班晚上上課
所以我想利用放學回家後慢跑,但偶而應該會在學校操場跑(PU跑道比較不會受傷吧?)
我想問的是,我這樣都沒有固定時段運動可以嗎?那我還有什麼運動或是動作是可以做的?
(因為我真的很沒有時間,早上九點要上班,下班趕到學校上課到九點半,到家約十點初)
另外,運動前要注意什麼?熱身拉筋?那飲食呢?運動前吃還是後吃?隔多久?吃哪些東西比

好?牛奶?還是?我肌肉方面沒有要練到很壯,但我希望至少都有些肌肉,尤其胸腹肌。
抱歉問題很多,希望大家可以多給我一點建議。
