想縮小腹改善骨盆前傾,施力痠的卻是脊椎?! - 美體

我是一個骨盆前傾算很嚴重的人
同事說我的肚子看起來像是五個月大的孕婦
大肚子已經讓我日常生活的自信受到不小影響
這幾天爬了所有/骨盆的文
但沒有看到和我同樣困擾的內容,只能非常沮喪的發這篇文..
治療骨盆前傾的方法不少,可經濟拮据的我沒錢整骨也不能買調整帶
之前較寬裕時上過瑜珈課,老師說我的骨盆"開掉了"
調回來的方法其實非常簡單,就是盡量縮小腹
爬文也有看到復健師板友推文建議這個方法
而我的問題在下面
1.除了縮小腹超累以外,最讓我煩躁的是,我的肌肉..不知為何總是不聽使喚,
明明該用力該痠的是小腹,可是,做久了以後,痠的卻是脊椎!!!!!!!!
一開始不知道是脊椎痠(根本分不清痠的感覺從哪發出= =),但繼續做了兩天以後
那感覺越來越明顯,應該是脊椎發出來的沒錯
我試著用手托著小腹引導它感受該施力的位置,可是效果不大
其實平時做其他運動時,我就發覺我的施力都不太正確,(好比騎單車應該是用到大腿
的力量,但我痠的永遠是膝蓋和小腿..怎樣調整就是無法把施力點轉到大腿肌肉)
可是又是因為沒錢的理由,也不能去請教專業教練或者老師指導,好煩..不曉得有沒有
人有不花錢就可以協助我解決問題的方法?
2.單靠縮小腹的方法拯救骨盆前傾,不曉得具體作法是如何呢?是隨時隨地一直縮小腹
還是每天一段時間專心縮小腹即可;又應該每天多長時間呢?
3.靠縮小腹調回骨盆,按部就班的話,大約多久可以有效果呢?
