三餐內容
早餐:兩片烤土司夾鮪魚(1/4鮪魚罐頭熱量約38卡)+400-500cc統一無糖豆漿
午餐:2-3種菜色大都為青菜,份量各約一個拳頭大,也大約一個拳頭大的糙米飯
晚餐:同午餐+湯(吃的份量會比午餐多)
其他:
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
白天上班,2300左右睡覺,0500-0600起床
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一週3次:慢跑50分鐘,操場400m一圈約2分3x秒-2分4x秒
一週2次:騎腳踏車2小時2x分,台北-竹圍漁港約60km
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
運動一陣子了強度大概就跟上面差不多,但跑步是只有40分,飲食早餐都吃2份蔥抓餅
或肉羹裸仔條,那時候體重從88降到84-85之間
後來覺得早餐有點問題,改成現在的鮪魚土司,但一週還是會吃一次2份蔥抓餅,體重
並沒有明顯變化,一週運動量也是40分跑步3次跟單車2次
因為要參加鐵二比賽,有人建議我跑步拉到1小時,但現在這種天氣跑起來真得要人命
這幾天跑的溫度約30-32度,每次結束時,都有種不想動的感覺,所以晚餐變的吃的比
較少,大約晚上0900-1000肚子會有空空的感覺,而體重竟然直線下降
星期一 84.9
星期二 84.3
星期三 83.6
剛剛量 83.4,但我都是早上量,通常晚上都會比早上重一公斤,所以一定有82.x
且這樣跑步我幾乎天天都會上大號,之前都是2-4天很不固定
雖然目標是比賽看到7字頭,但真的下降的很快,如果看星期五體重是82開頭
等於這週我少了15400卡的熱量,雖然很開心,但會不會有問題呢@@?
