現在在外面租宿舍
當初找房子的時候有考量有瓦斯爐這件事
找到了之後 卻因為忙 沒時間下廚
最近開始認真的想 自己煮 這件事
廚房的傢伙也越來越多了=)
現在有電鍋 有白米 有五鼓米 有關廟麵
但自己煮就不好再 不知道熱量是多少>"<!!
像今天就煮了一道 好好吃的麵>"<
自認頗健康的
但還是想讓來問一下大大
我用外面買的豬肉高湯塊煮水
再加半顆牛番茄提味
半株金針菇+三株菠菜+兩顆香菇+一粒貢丸
然後再加兩塊關廟麵 還有一顆蛋
因為在做熱量控制 所以想問一下 這樣的一道料理 差不多有多少熱量?
還有 家裡有五穀米 是裡面有芋頭 番薯 吃起來甜甜的很香那一種
煮這個吃的時候 是單吃飯就好了嗎?這樣會不會營養不足
有沒有什麼便宜 簡易做 然後又吃得健康 熱量又低的食物呢?
然後 想請問一下 肉鬆的熱量高嗎?
