三餐內容
早餐:冬蟲夏草黑豆粉OR阿華田+一顆茶葉蛋
午餐:一個便當 有時吃素 會點素面 然後偶爾加燕麥飲品
晚餐:燙青菜+優格大約八十卡 (運動後會喝無糖豆漿
日常作息時間:平均十二點到一半睡
生活型態:學生 每天從八點上課到五點 做運動時間有限
但每天都會去運動 如果晚上有事無法運動
中午會去游四十分鐘的泳
沒事的一般晚上 會去游泳一小時 或是慢跑四十分鐘
每天的運動 是游泳與慢跑交替做
每天都會按摩膽肝經
還有如果是早上游的話 是在中午吃飯前游的 游完馬上吃飯
我會吃素肉燥麵 跟無糖豆漿 大約七分飽~~!!
問題: 感覺我這樣一天吃不到基代?!! 一天攝取我算一算感覺不到一千五
游完泳感覺線條明顯 體態好看 慢跑的話 就是比較有肌肉
連腰都有肌肉~~ 我的目標是瘦五公斤~~
可是我的身體標準都算正常 沒有肥胖
不知道會不會瘦比較慢 ><
還有如果是早上游的話 是在中午吃飯前游的 游完馬上吃飯
我會吃素肉燥麵 跟無糖豆漿 大約七分飽~~!!
減肥方式:游泳至少四十分鐘 慢跑半小時~四十分鐘 一周五次運動
問題陳述:不知道大約要受五公斤要多久>< 現在盡量調整睡眠了~~!!
