: 然後下午大概三四點又會吃顆蘋果/柳丁之類的墊胃,等下班再上健身房運動。
: 運動完補充一點水果或饅頭五穀雜糧,回家睡覺。
: 然後隔天又再重新上演一次類似的菜單.....

: 這樣吃要瘦很難吧....orz 吃得可能都比男生多囉....XDD
每天都吃這麼飽,小心很快就引發胃食道逆流,
到時候後悔也來不及。
另外要告訴妳的是,凡事適量最好。
蔬菜固然是好東西,
但過量容易消化不良。
因為人體並沒有分解纖維素的消化酵素,
所以蔬菜其實是不好消化的食物。
過量的話就如上述會增加腸胃負擔,
對身體反而有害無益。
適量的蔬果攝取,最簡單就是遵循衛生署的
"天天五蔬果",蔬菜三份水果兩份,
一份蔬菜約半碗份量。
想要養生的話,飲食應該是每餐八分飽,還有多喝水。
每餐都吃到撐,可是一點也不養生啊。
