游泳與慢跑 - 健身

最近游泳與慢跑會交替的做
通常是一個禮拜換一次運動 因為一個訓練上半身一個下半身
如果游泳的那個禮拜就會覺得身體變得比較圓潤 臉也比較肉一點不怕冷
跑步的話則比較容易讓身體變瘦 臉跟肚子感覺比較瘦一點但是比較怕冷
每次大約1~1.5小時
不知道有沒有人有這種錯覺
