產後多久可以做鄭多燕 - 健身

目前產後一個多月
還有7公斤,勢必要靠運動回復了
鄭多燕(1~3片)大部份都是在動骨盆
但是回診的時候醫生只說子宮已經回到以前的大小+傷口好的差不多了
不知道骨盆是不是可以這樣扭來扭去了...
