小弟我星期一做free weight臥推
星期三起床時胸部很痠
星期三早上起床上完廁所量體脂 20.1% 體重73.多?
星期四起床胸部不痠了
起床上完廁所量體脂 17.1% 73kg
星期四晚上又作了free weight臥推
今天早上起床胸部還沒開始酸 因為都是晚上九點作 痠痛會隔一天
起床上完廁所量體脂 18.6% 73kg
狀態都是一樣的姿勢裸量>//////<
差別大概只有胸部酸不酸而已
感覺體脂受到的影響還蠻大的
用的體脂計型號都是歐姆龍 HBF-356
這代表受傷中的肌肉導電度比較差嗎XD
總不會是我身體儲油量三天變化一兩公斤吧XD
