小弟的腰背不太好....
原因可能是長期坐姿不良
+上打球柔軟度不夠(坐姿體前彎出了鼠蹊部就無法前進了..)
硬要拉竿或者做啥用到腰背力量的動作
然後慢慢累積就很容易腰酸背痛...
甚至上課常常坐到腰酸背痛
久站,或著逛街太久也會痠痛...
有時候還會需要躺在床上才能紓解背部肌肉緊繃
但是自從滾滾輪和電腦人以及一些核心運動以後
上課,坐著,平常念書也比較不會痠痛
但是小弟目前遇到一個困擾
小弟日前打羽球發現
跳殺,和繞頭殺都會嚴重用到腰背力量
跳殺還好,反正是直上直下,還能負荷
但是如果是繞頭殺,必須要彎腰側一邊
但是小弟常常殺個兩球
被彎的那邊腰,馬上抗議,行動力什麼都降低了
有沒有啥辦法可以改善??
核心坐得更強??
還是有啥方式可以讓自己腰背力量增強,讓可能有傷的腰背正常運作
我也好想要有大範圍殺球....
不然只有正手,都輸人很多...
