先解釋標題
當然不是肥宅吃鹹酥雞配珍奶那種衝法
是一種屬於肌肉海灘版 狂吃拉高蛋白質跟熱量也狂練的衝法XD
小弟目前177/93 20%左右(4個月之前是這樣) 菜單的話就是基本的 胸背(腿肩)休 無限lo

年底一陣忙 可能訓練週期跟飲食比較亂(當然一個禮拜還是至少4天5天在練) 覺得好像完
全沒有進步 甚至體脂感覺有高一點 可能狀態有更差(但背也有比較寬一點 更倒三角的感
覺XD) 想要做出一點突破
想請教 我如果想開始bulk到100甚至上110等級的(也是為了某些因素想把整個體重拉高)
natty有這樣成功的可能性嗎? 把整天攝取的熱量拉到3000,4000左右 蛋白質攝取量也拉
高到2.2-2.5倍 不知道是否能有效達到目標?
又考慮到ffmi的極限 是不是我這樣衝上去 我bulk出來的肉 脂肪比例會高很多?
再請教 我這樣的目標是否可以考慮使用高熱量乳清 畢竟以前沒有想要bulk過 怕單靠飲
食會吃不到這麼高的熱量就撐了XD
訓練的部分應該還是採胸背腿loop的方法
希望大家可以給點指教 一起討論~
