想請問一下關於5:2斷食法的事情 - 健身

小弟身高175體重80,過重,體態壯碩,平時很少看這版
最近在水管看到台客劇場的影片
導演最近做了很多有關生酮飲食和5:2斷食法的實驗,而且小有成效
因此開始找了一下類似的資料,生酮飲食可能健康,但是真的很難達成食物需要的標準
因此主要想以5:2斷食法為主,一下是我查到的作法:
1.每週任選兩天斷食(不是完全不吃,是分量降到平日的1/4,建議是一日500大卡)
2.其他五天正常飲食
3.斷食日只吃好食物(優質蛋白質,低醣,蔬菜水果)
4.久而久之,其他五天飲食習慣也會自然改變,傾向健康飲食 (即使沒有改變也不影響效果)
效果大概是:
1.變瘦
2.讓胰臟休息,降低相關疾病發生率
3.飢餓感會活化體內的修復細胞,讓身體變健康變年輕
4.腦部腺體分泌發生變化,促使人精神更好,並產生愉悅感
5.降低壓力,調整作息,精神、睡眠品質變好
以上是我查到的資料,大部分的資料都呈現差不多的東西
但在板上找不到類似的文,想來討論一下
順便問問有沒有成功案例可以給一點建議
請問
1.如果在斷食期間還需要穩定的運動嗎?會不會沒有力氣?
2.這樣的斷食方法會不會有危險性?
3.一定要500大卡嗎?都不吃的話會不會營養不良?
4.有任何後遺症嗎?有沒有什麼資料上故意不寫出來的東西?
