上次有問過但還是不太清楚
想請教一下各位板友
1.跑划步機調操場模式
然後阻力2 跑60分鐘
2.有坡度的,像這樣__| ̄|__
就是會隨著坡度變換阻力的模式
因為跑操場模式我感覺很累
有坡度的跑一小時也不會覺得很累
因為只要阻力增加我速度就會慢下來
但是操場模式的我要一直照著同樣的速度跑
所以很喘也很累
想請問這兩種比較起來
那個有氧的效果會比較好???
