想請問幾個問題 - 健身

大家好,我是最近剛加入健身行列的新手,想請問一些問題。
1.翻了精華區後,知道肌肉要增大要補充營養,也知道能量靠肝醣,但由於目前瘦身為
主,練肌肉為輔,所以三餐有節量。想要瘦下來同時能練些肌肉,但這樣因為熱量不
夠,除了可能不長肌肉外(重訓完後也沒補充蛋白等。),是否還會削肌肉?至少,應
該會變結實?
2.通常重訓是一個動作做滿目標組數,還是每個動作輪流著做,做滿目標組數?還是見
仁見智?
EX:設定目標三組,所以我要每個動作都先做完一組,之後再做第二組,再做第三組?
還是一個動作做完三組再換下一個動作?
3.在同學的帶領下,目前是每次去每個動作都設定做滿3組、一組15下,但是在第三次發
現自己在上半身方面因為還在酸痛(會休一天做一天),能做滿2組就非常、非常勉強,
有時還要調低重量才能繼續做。這樣做的話會有效果嗎?(當然會盡力做到沒力再做)
。有參考過精華區的菜單,但是實行可能要等1月,所以怕這時練會沒效果等於白練。
