嗯,之前在Mix_Match板有PO過類似文章,這裡也發一篇好了。
關於重訓是否會影響穿著視覺效果,答案毫無疑問是yes
只是在影響程度多寡而已
上面文章提到
"穿衣服看起來要挺,光有肌肉沒有用,一定要長肥肉,穿衣服時型才會出來"
我個人想法是,不能說錯,但不夠精確。
嚴格來說應該是
"肌肉量夠多可以撐起衣服,但在達到那樣肌肉量之前,適度的脂肪可以讓
人在穿衣服時的視覺效果上看起來較低體脂時來的挺"
其實若要穿衣服時讓別人看得出來身材是有練過,除了肌肉量要到一定水平以外,
衣服的合身度也是關鍵因素,穿著太鬆垮的衣服別人也很難看出身材如何吧。
說是這樣說,沒有實際的例子也沒什麼說服力,
不如讓我提供一些自身的照片讓各位自行判斷重訓對穿著是否有影響了。
重訓前 164cm/48kg 重訓八個月後 164cm/51.6kg

體重變化不多,大概3.6kg,體脂我很久沒測了,現在不明。
