想請問引體向上圓肩問題 - 健身

想請問各位 我這樣是不是圓肩
已經有試過盡力內收下沉
也試過專注在肩膀與肘關節
但似乎還是常常有不夠內收的問題
另外不知道為什麼肩胛骨不內收我似乎可以
拉比較高
另外附上 力竭後 用25公斤彈力帶輔助
的引體向上
