(頸圍愈粗體脂愈低)
這公式準嗎?
(可否做為長期趨勢參考?)
btw, 原本目標是 13~15%
但看到下面理想體脂率:
> 30歲, 男性理想體脂率 17~23%
(體脂過低會提早老化、免疫力變差...等等)
因此有點想縮了...QQ
(我的觀念是: 健康 > 過度追求極品身材)
目前 BMI 23.4 體脂 20% (公式三)
