我覺得引體向上對於重量級巨巨來說不是一個好入門的訓練,

您常玩抱石,手臂基本上已經有受到相當程度的訓練
但是基本上背部以前沒參與到,仍然算是新手的肌力,
多做引體向上沒有幫助
因為體重太重,根本施不上力,即使高估達60公斤也會被96公斤徹底拖垮
在你影片一開始左右肩參與度就不平均,再靠各種代償硬撐上去,
一段時間後肩關節很容易受傷
再之後連手臂都可能過勞,
但是背部的進步幅度仍然有限

我實際練過很久,彈力帶輔助效果很差,
對於入門者,彈力帶行程助力等各方面的不穩定造成幫助有限,
很容易造成代償,累積不好的習慣,最後我還是選擇進入健身房
健身房設備有引體向上輔助機最好,同時滑輪下拉跟各種單邊的cable訓練都要加入課表
雖然雙手滑輪下拉可以訓練到部分有用的肌群,但是單手訓練比較符合你的運動需求,
優先單邊訓練,結束前再使用雙手榨乾肌力
