現在常去的泳池因每年六七八月會開游泳班,我很討厭泳池人爆多,因此計畫這三個月要慢跑。
所以是50mins 2000m+跳繩800下要改為慢跑+跳繩
滾輪跟伏地挺身不影響所以繼續
由於右髖關節會痛加上不常跑步,所以對自己能跑到什麼程度還不知道,因此想在五月下旬找一天來測試
殊不知得知又懷孕了
所以,我想請問有慢跑的媽媽
1. 請問你們在孕期哪個階段開始跑?
2. 在你們孕期的慢跑量大約是多少?時間,距離等等
3. 衣著可以怎麼調整?
4. 慢跑前多久不進食?目前是下水前兩小時不進食
有違反板規的地方請讓我知道,感謝各位的回答。
附帶一提,請別建議我做瑜伽,第一胎時我去試上ㄧ次,覺得太空虛了,所以又回去泳池加重訓(當時去泳池有重訓器材)
