我算出來我的低碳水日脂肪每日要攝取40.15g
一餐是13.38g
我去買了一瓶一公升的橄欖油可是我發現我看不懂它營養標示
他寫說:
營養標示:每份15ML/毫升含量
本包裝共含67份
脂肪...............14g/公克

所以我是只要喝一公克就有14g的脂肪嗎@@?
